MEET YOUR COACH

I'm Allie Macomber, Lead Health Coach at Renova Health, part owner of the Renova Collective, and a Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner (FNLP), family herbalist, and certified yoga instructor.

Using food as medicine, I specialize in hormone balance, metabolism, and gut health—coming alongside members who feel tired, stuck, or out of balance and are ready to understand why.

I believe the key to lasting health is uncovering the root causes behind your symptoms, not just managing them—so we can restore real healing, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. More than anything, I love helping people, and I see each person not only for who they are today but for who I believe they can become. My heart is to help you restore your vitality and live the full, vibrant life you were made for.

My approach is grounded in functional nutrition. Food is my biggest pillar, with sleep, stress, movement, digestion, and blood sugar all playing important roles in your hormones, metabolism, and gut health. Because no two bodies are alike, every plan is built around your specific symptoms, labs, and lifestyle, with the goal of helping you become a student of your own body. Working hand in hand with your Renova care provider, I make sure your support is connected and truly whole-person. Clients often find their energy steadies, their digestion improves, and the changes finally stick—because we build habits that fit real life, not another quick fix.

My path started in 2018 when I became a certified yoga instructor and saw the body's remarkable ability to heal in the right environment. That curiosity led me into herbal and functional medicine and, ultimately, to becoming a Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner. I've walked this road myself—overcoming my own health struggles through nutrition and a holistic approach—which is part of why I care so deeply about helping others do the same.

I'm a proud Whatcom County native, living in Lynden with my husband and three children on my family's berry farm. When I'm not with clients, you'll find me doing research and nerding out on health podcasts and books— or at my kids' games, in the kitchen, or outdoors with family and friends.
